A customer asked for hot caramel on top of her ice cream the attendant on Sunday July 24 at 8pm refused to acept the... small.mistake of giving fudge instead, an argue ended on a customer telling that the atendand was rude and the attendant givinga middle finger. I and the rest of the customer gathered out side and can not believe such a bad experience and terriblecustomer service. Sad such unaceptable behaviour, the solution is to let everyone know and try not to go to that place again. Read more
Had the worst experience ever. The workers are very rude got the finger from the ladies working there tonight. I went with my... family at around 8:15pm and asked for an ice cream with hot caramel and got hot fudge. I told the lady that was working therepolitely that I asked for Carmel not fudge and they both started arguing with me that I asked for the wrong topping, they didnot want to replace it and continued arguing with me. I never experienced such humiliation in front of other customers and myfamily. I will never ever step another foot in that store, very rude ladies working there. Read more

This is an old location, it's been in the same spot as long as I can remember. In fact as far back as 33 years ago to when I... was my youngest son's age, I bet long before that. It's still the same though almost what you could say as a landmark of fewwhich remain in Barrie. It's never overly busy, well stocked, staff is friendly. The same terrazzo benches and tables greetguests to enjoy treats outside and revel in memories and nostalgia. How can one really go wrong grabbing a scoop or three withthe family. Read more
Very best Ice cream place in town. Very friendly staff, owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to filter our... choices for big group and calmly help everyone get their choice of icecream. This place also has vegan ice cream. I wasn't evenable to find the difference between regular and vegan ice cream, It was great. First time I had ice cream at this place, willtotally go back here. Lots of parking available. Store was very clean. Were also following COVID regulations strictly. Read more
