Extremely frustrating. My friend works here. Sometimes their manager does not give break to their staff like working straight... for 7 hrs. All I wanna say is give break no matter how busy it is. Its an employee and legal Ontario right. Give shift to morepeople if you can't cover busy hrs. Thanks. Read more
I ordered two spicy habanero sandwiches and sweet potato fries. they told me I'd have to wait a few minutes in the parking lot -... not a problem. I get the food brought to me, I get home, at the other end of town and there is only one sandwich in the bag andthe sweet potato fries are not cooked. Disappointing. Today my husband forgot to bring his lunch from home and he decided to spend his hard worked money on A&W at this location. He... specifically asked for fresh and well done burger, he was advised that it will take about 3 minutes to make it. He was totallyfine with that and waited but he was given the food not even a minute later, the food was cold and smelled like rotten fish.Onthe other hand the store is extremely dirty, the bathrooms are nasty? ????. Had a great breakfast though found it expensive for what we actually got. The restaurant itself was pretty nasty. Floors were... sticky and didn't appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. The restaurant itself was outdated and not overly inviting.However as mentioned the food was good. Read more
I enjoy stopping here fairly regularly. But I always order the beyond meat. Today my beyond burger was beef. Please do better... aw! I am a fan but advise folks double check before driving off. Read more
Dec 4th/22- short staffed and busy which is completely fine! When staff (Sheriff) is giving out free food and coffee to friends... or family, AND getting a non employee to open cream, is very unsanitary. THEN leaves the only other person in there bythemselves to go outside and chat with their friends. Both staff members leave the building, while there is still customersinside is uncalled for!
