This place is a joke, dont try to get coffee here in the morning, it says its open at 6 but you are lucky if the employees show... up on time. Even if its actually open theres only one person in there so youll be waiting a while. Tried to go here three times,each time was a disappointment... dont even bother. It?s never open when it?s supposed to be. And half the time stuff is broken or they ran out. Worst Tim?s ever.
Place is a nightmare, gotta stand in line for 20mins to get a coffee. People just walk out and leave the service is so horrible.
Service was ok but the overall standard of cleanliness was lacking. The washrooms weren?t very clean. Wouldn?t revisit.
Legit trying to recover from eating here last night have been having the most violent food poisoning I've experienced in a... while. Whether their safety standards for food is lacking or the food itself was contaminated, it's still unacceptable. Willnever eat here again. Read more
When management changed 2 yrs ago it slipped greatly in service. The weekend and evening staff start making their pot of coffee... while pouring the customers out of same carafe. So you either get it really strong or really weak...there also is never ahealthy supply of choice for donuts and muffins. . This store definately needs work Read more
Really awful customer service. Walked up, ordered food for me, my kids and on a specific diet (we're Muslims), got food with... eggs and cheese. Was told the egg would take a few minutes. Sure, no issue, we wait. Then another worker told us there's noeggs, they're closing. However they are open til at least five and typically close 6pm. It was 4:20. We had already paid andbeen told to wait. So now we're out all food, walked away with just drinks. You don't close a store and stop serving an hour anda half prior to close. This also after someone got a farmer's wrap with egg and I had wanted the same. If I owned this locationis be VERY unhappy with a store rushing their close hours prior to the closing times. This place gets worse and worse. If I was the owner I'd be ashamed of the lack of service, shutting down at 3 pm for no reason,... forgetful workers who can't be bothered to fill a sugar machine for a triple coffee, would rather hand it over to see if unotice? Never any selection of donuts and service is slower than slow when and IF they are open. Shape up timmies! Read more
