Placed an almost $50 order online and the money came out of my account, after waiting almost an hour I called to see where it... was and the order never made it to the restaurant. Sounded like a manager was helping get it sorted but last I was told she wascalling a higher up and getting right back to me but never heard anything again and still don?t have my food or a refund hourslater now. Extremely greasy food they're pop dispenser was not properly calibrated ans or labeled Cool Gracie fries undercooked chicken... When I arrived at KFC to pick up my pre ordered meal they hadn?t even started it when I had set pick up time for 5:45. And... their excuse was that people had come in. The cashier lady was very nice. The two starts are for her only ! she even gave us afree bottle of pop when we said that the pop was warm and there was no ice in the dispenser. And apologized for our wait and wefinally got our meal at 6:10. 25 minutes later than we were supposed to. And to add our sandwiches we?re squished flat, itlooked like someone sat on them. Awful! Got take out. Paid extra for more white meat and got 75% legs, and 15% thighs. They Forgot the Gravy. Salads were half... full. when we called, no answer. Left a message and never got a call back. so I guess, we will never be back to Barrhead KFC. Read more
The staff were friendly kind I drove across province the food came super fast was the first time I've had KFC in years and it... was amazing a great meal great customer service would highly recommend them thank you to the staff the cashier was amazing. Read more
Quite a wait time to be able to order not only for myself but for the other 4 orders while i waited for mine. I understand not... wanting to waste food so wait times may be longer but informing the customer of approximate wait times would benefit thecustomer and help to not exceed Covid restricted capacity Read more
The staff were excellent! So no disrespect to the workers there, but every KFC's chicken is so gross, that right after you eat... it, you wish you had just fasted for the next 2 hrs instead and made it home! Read more
