I just ordered from this location. I am regular customer. I ordered a beyond meat burger with cheese. They normally get this... order correct. I got home and I noticed I just had a patty and cheese nothing else(no onions, tomatoes and lettuce). I calledthe store to explain what happened and the Team Leader argued with me and gave me so much attitude. She has no customer serviceskills and hung up on me. I am super disappointed and will no longer be coming to this location. I normally appreciate the otherstaff and the staff at the window is amazing and kind. Disappointed with the service today. Biggest disappointment! Onion rings were soggy and not fresh. I asked for well done beyond meat and it was so cold and not done!... There is a reason someone ask for well done Patties. Now I have the worst stomach pain as the burgers were not fully cooked.cashier was so rude when I asked for more napkins. I won?t go back here anymore. Read more
Totally DO NOT RECOMMEND this place They are physically closed!, only drive through cars allowed. In a Very cramped parking... lot. Seen this a few times. Avoid! Drive thru part is very difficult unless you have a small car. If you like A&W, go toStrandherd or Merivale. This place doesn?t deserve business. Store is closed. No walk in allowed. Amazing and kind employees at this location. They are all sweet but in particular the tattoo?d gentleman with a higher pitched... voice (I don?t know his name) puts a smile on my face. I come here often for just simple sweet potato fries and he brightens myday !! Read more
Super nice staff. Had few issues with my order but it?s all right. The guy who takes the drive thru order (Bill was his name?? I... don?t remember tho, he is a white folk who works at the day time usually???) asked me a glass of water instead when I said Idon?t want a soda drink as I am cutting down on my liquid calorie and sugar intake. Service and food was terrible. The onion rings were over cooked and not fully battered as they should be. Ordered baby burger... with bacon, plain. We received baby burger with ketchup and no bacon. Then waited 20 minutes for them to make another one. Read more
Can?t leave a zero!l unfortunately. Ordered my meal, they added bacon When I asked for no bacon. Went back to exchange and was... told it?s my fault and I should have listened when they related the order. I explained that I?ve never ordered pork and how doyou blame the customer? After the continuous deflection of accountability I had to drive away. No food?waste of time andmoney. $18 for a combo they got wrong Mind as well go to five guys or McDonald?s and get better food and service. Read more
