Wonderful service. The employee was the only one working and single handedly rocked the entire situation.
Usually if someone give you a Starbucks gift by email and after they scan it you usually get to pick one of the giftcards and... they have to put the remaining balance on the card. Lady said she can't do that. I also had the shopping cart with no cup holderbut had a stopper and lost some of the liquids because it tipped over. 0/5!! I can honestly say I don?t recommend going to this location, it was such a good place years ago but now it?s gone way down... hill. Unpleasant employees who comes off as they hate their jobs, employees who will tell you they?ll be right with you afterthey?re done playing on their phones. The place always looked so clean and now it looks completely unsanitary. Don?t even get mestarted on the drains when they get backed up, when their drains get backed up for hours on end they do their dishes in the samecold dirty water that they started with at the beginning of the day. I rarely drink coffee, my girlfriend loves Starbucks so I go... she likes the star drink and pink drink, I'm more of a caramel... or pumpkin spice frappuccino person. The Strawberry funnel cake drink shown was alright. Read more
My daughter and I go here daily... Love the staff... They make us a special version of the caramel mociatto even though it looks... to be a pain. We always have a great conversation while we wait. I will admit Starbucks is a bit expense so do expect that butthey come out great every time so no complaints. If your in the area and need your Starbucks fix then hit then up. Read more
Over priced. Usually wrong in one way or another. Their employees generally have poor customer service skills. Except for the... few that have awesome costumer service but they are so overwhelmed from picking up the slack for the same amount of paycustomers can even see they are burnt out. :( Read more
Come almost everyday to get a drink, went in today to the guy being extremely rude. Don?t think I?ll be going back!
