The owner is extremely rude and acts out of hand. He likes to belittle his employees. He likes to blame his actions upon... customers and employees. Also the bagels are too overpriced to be treated poorly. I highly do not recommend this business toanyone. In opinion Maria's Bagels should not continue to be open. Read more
Owner of this sweatshop likes to whine to his reviewers because people want cream cheese on the side. What kind of business... owner acts like a child? This place doesn't deserve your money at all. Bagels are good but the owner is so rude. Unless you are one of his buddies he treats you like you are an inconvenience. There... used to be a blonde women who worked there and she was so nice. I used to go there every Sunday to get bagels for my family. Ihaven't seen the woman the last couple times I went in and had to deal with the owner which is not a pleasant experience. I knowa lot of people who hate dealing with the owner. Not gonna waste my money at a place that treats their customers badly. Theowner needs to stay in back and make bagels and get people who have actual customer service skills to work out front. Iunderstand you are short staffed but no reason to be rude to customers who patiently wait in line and order food. Read more
