Not sure what's going on with Dunkin, but coffee has been terrible for the last month (May 2022) - I usually go around 5:00 PM. ... Service has been very slow. Are these workers trying to get themselves fired? Also, each visit I had to request a napkin andthe sales slip each time. Maybe that's why there was such a long line? Good Dunkin. We went in to place our order. It was a big order, when we left it didn't include all of items we purchased. We... were to far away to go back. Check your orders before you leave and trust that everything will be there. We should have looked.The server who took our order, wasn't pleasant and that is definitely why I marked it's 4? plus they also should be making surethe orders are correct as well. I realize I was a bit late getting up September 1st to go get the first Pumpkin Spice coffee of the season. (Yes I'm one of... THOSE) Got to dunks at 10 am....but they were SOLD OUT of pumpkin!! What kind of management doesn't double/triple the firstpumpkin spice orders of the season?!?! You know you'll sell it either way! (I'm also trying to be mindful that covid is stillmessing quite a few things up and there may have been a shortage somewhere idk...be nice) Haha I was pleased they still had apumpkin donut at least. Always and consistently get every order wrong. Management is afraid to confront disrespectful staff. Every other Dunkin within... 20 miles has No problems! Steer clear of this one.. Read more
