Don't bother mobile ordering from here. 3 times I've mobile ordered and 3 times it's either wrong, they don't have items, or... it's not ready (during low traffic times and items like donuts), sometimes alll three issues. Read more

Not sure what's going on with Dunkin, but coffee has been terrible for the last month (May 2022) - I usually go around 5:00 PM. ... Service has been very slow. Are these workers trying to get themselves fired? Also, each visit I had to request a napkin andthe sales slip each time. Maybe that's why there was such a long line? Good Dunkin. We went in to place our order. It was a big order, when we left it didn't include all of items we purchased. We... were to far away to go back. Check your orders before you leave and trust that everything will be there. We should have looked.The server who took our order, wasn't pleasant and that is definitely why I marked it's 4? plus they also should be making surethe orders are correct as well.
