WORSE WORSE WORSE... Poor communication and customer service. Shift crew follows negative atlead of management! Awful. I ordered... pick up and waited 30 minute. Went inside to find out the system was down. One of the crew members was letting management know Iwas a mobile order and she didn't know I was standing there and she said tell her she has to come in cause I'm not sendinganyone out there. I yelled I'm right here. Some young girl brought me my order and a ticket and I was checking to see ifeverything match my online and the girl was like yeah yeah this yours and it wasn't. Read more

!!!Scam Alert!!! MCDONALD'S made me order twice tonight they said they never received the order kinda messed up when the manager... brought the cup out didn't even apologize or try n tell me how to get my money back !!! They will steal from you and not thinktwice pictures for proof also will be filing a company complaint !++!!! 12:30pm cashier at first window told customer if I needed a receipt to ask for it at next window. So I asked for a receipt and... over heard worker tell Manager "Why do she need a Receipt" Wow The Manager stated well tell her to pull to the line.
