Drive thru staff is always rude and they never have food ready, last visit they pulled me up for 40 minutes to wait on popcorn... chicken then the lady takes it to another car and that person ended up coming to ask if it was my food I took it back to thewindow to tell them and the lady was really rude asking what was the problem, like mam the food the other customer brought methey had opened all up and threw it back In the bag who would want that after waiting that long, they tried to pull me up saidit would be another40 minutes to remake my order and then gave me a attitude when I asked if I could just get a refund because Iwasn?t going to wait another 40 minutes again, don?t waste your time with this restaurant. Unsatisfactory review. Got order wrong and I was the only one in drive thu line. It was not a hard order just 2 spicy chicken... sandwiches and a small tea. They give the wrong sandwiches and tea had no ice!! Read more
