WARNING: We stopped in here at 3:30 pm on a sunny Thursday, August 18th,/22 We asked for a dozen donuts, they only had 5 left... all custard and 2 chocolate. I asked when the next batch will be ready, they replied we're not making anymore!! 3 of themstanding around. We were on our way to a cousins house and wanted to bring dessert. Then I see they are open til 9:30 6 morehours. Are you kidding me? Does the owner know this is going on? I'm giving the exact date & time cause if the owner doesn'tknow, they should. So I went to Dunkin' donuts today I got Duncan refresher the mango pineapple one which I got all the time at another location. I... asked for a little bit of ice and I got a lot of ice and it was so dark it was all mango I couldn't even taste the part that waslike an ice tea because of the mango. I also ordered a croissant toasted with butter and my croissant had no butter on it and itwasn't even toasted. I don't think this is a hard order to screw up. I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin, I?ve come here four times and each time is a unique experience. first time, I... was not even acknowledged when I first walked in. They were more attentive to the drive-through people. Second time same thing,third time they were extremely slow, I have never waited so long for a cup of black coffee in my life. The fourth time I spentat least a solid 20 minutes just for four wake up wraps and a cup of coffee (black of course) not only did they hand me thewraps, after that time, I could still taste the frostbite on the wraps- they weren?t even cooked all the way.
