Cinna twists suck, same ingredients wish they would just bring the sticks back. Don't see why everytime i ask if I could have... sticks instead they ignore my request when its easier and same ingredients, I worked here years ago, I just dont see thedifference or why they ignore "special instructions" for sticks instead, beats me. Absolute trash service ordered online got totally the wrong thing called up and they said they can?t do anything about it. How... hard is it to make pizza? They expect more money an hour and can?t comprehend a screen telling them what to do. We called and ordered for delivery. They accepted our delivery, gave us a total and told us how long it would take for delivery.... 30 minutes later they called to ask if we had change for when they arrived and said they were on the way. We made our way towhere we said we would meet them and waited for 40 minutes before calling to make sure they were on the way and they said theywere not delivering the food to us and when we asked why they hung up on us. Today at Domino's Pizza delivered an obviously contaminated pizza to me and my friend. We ordered a cheese pizza. It took 40... minutes to arrive to us. When we opened the box, it was the completely wrong pizza and had obviously been half eaten. Thismeans the Domino?s in Barnaget allowed contaminated food to leave their store and be delivered to customers. When my friendcalled to discuss this, the manager goes ?We don?t make half pizzas. I don?t understand how that happened.? Obviously! Someoneate half a pizza and allowed it to be delivered. She did offer to send us a new pizza. But we had to wait another 20 to 30minutes. She did not have any concern or remorse of this health code violation. My friend was trying very hard to be nice onthe phone. But this manager was insanely dismissive of this insane health code violation. I took the phone and told her thatwas completely unacceptable. She started having an attitude with me. Great prices, great service & great delivery.
Food was delivered to the wrong address and the girl who answered the phone was very nice, However dominoes has a boy manager... who likes to shout in the background like it?s the end of the world because the food was delivered to the wrong address. I knowdomino?s is extremely busy, but customer service comes a long way. I Feel bad for the other employees that work for acondescending boy manager. Read more
It literally took me 15 minutes to order because the girl on the phone knew nothing about the business she works for. Simple... questions that took forever to answer. Like how many toppings are you allowed on a pizza for the 2 for 6.99 deal. What sizepizza do you get? They need to better train their staff in customer service. Read more
