I do not want to give them even 1 star for this place. I placed my order from drive-thru and was told to park in the parking.... They brought order but it wasn't mine. When they gave me wrong order for the second time, I sent my granddaughter inside toreturn the food. I waited total 30 minutes for all this time and they didn't bother making my food after my granddaughterreturned the food. They could not figure out how to return my money when I told them I want to cancel my order and they gave mecoupon instead... I did make complaint online so hope to get my money back soon. Food was fast to be made, hot when we got it & delicious when we ate it. No complaints here.

Had Cobb salad. Mostly good, but didnt like the french fried onions on it and some of the cucumber was really bitter. Order of... fries were not crispy, most were soggy. The Coke zero tasted off too. Overall not a great meal. Read more

Drove up and went to drive through, and heard someone at the back door of the restaurant taking out garbage that yelled, "Do not... take that!" No one spoke up at the speaker for the drive through. We left. Read more

I can't say Enough Good Things about Zaxby's. I absolutely Love their Grilled Chicken Cob Salad. The employees are Super Nice,... and I have NEVER had to sit in their Drive Thru for more than 5-6 minutes. Amazing Service!!! Read more
