I was here on Friday July 15th upon my arrival I was greeted by employees in the store while the young man was taking my order a... lady came storming in screaming at a teenager at the other end of the counter. The woman who I presume was the manager stoppedwhat she was doing to intervene the lady started screaming at the manager and flailing her arms demanding a refund. The managerrepeatedly tried to explain to the woman that she was not giving her a refund because she had already made her sandwichnumerous times and it was half eaten. The customer then started screaming at the top of her lungs to the manager who then askedher to leave. It got so bad the manager had to call the police! The manager looked young but handled this situation great in myeyes. I am glad to see management there with these kids at night there is no telling what would have happened to thoseteenagers had an adult not been there to handle this situation. Very friendly service! Decent sandwiches but definitely not east coast sandwiches, but I would eat there again.

Spent 20$ for just two sandwiches on an online order. I ordered the philly cheesesteak - sub American cheese instead of... provalone.What I got was cold ground beef on a white bread sub (nothing else) I work in the food industry so I understandmix-ups happen.The girl on the phone told me that was what I ordered...as I was looking at my receipt for a Philly cheese steakon white bread sub American cheese for provalone. Finally she agreed to make what I actually ordered. Drove all the way back (welive 15 minute away) and they gave me steak with American cheese (no sauce,no veggies, nothing else that comes with the sub).Will not be back???? waste of money and time. Like always, the food was delicious and hot. Plus, it's always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Everyone here was nice. Food was good. Try the teriyaki chicken and/or the cheesesteak. Both were delicious. I liked the fries... too. Oh, and a cookie is a must! Read more
