Came in on my birthday to get the free MVP breakfast deal they have but due to system errors on THEIR end they refused to give... it to me. The Server Cindy was rude and rolled her eyes the whole time we talked and the manager was completely unhelpful andrefused to come to the table. Not only are the staff rude and unhelpful but the establishment itself is not clean at all! Wouldnot recommend especially for a special occasion! Read more
Our server Angie is the bees knees! We've been a few times now and she has always taken care of us. Warm, welcoming, and always... smiling which makes our family smile too. The restaurant is busy sometimes but quick to clear a table for anyone waiting. Othertimes we have a table just walking in. Everytime We've been there it is clean top to bottom.. bathrooms Included. Important partis food, We would give a 9.9 out of 10 after visiting a few times. The only complaint we have had was asking for hard eggs andthey came out more on the easy side not terrible but not what was ordered. Talked to our waitress and she tried to fix it.. weensured her it wasnt the end of the world and just used our fresh toast to soak it up. While visiting ask for Angie, she's thebest. Visiting the area for a burboun tour we decided to stop in and have breakfast first. Husband had the Meat lovers omelet & grits... and I had Stuffed Hash browns with Sausage gravy and coffee. The reason for 4 starts if because of the service that or waitressgave. Brianna took a few minutes getting to us but then let us know that there were short staffed when the cook walked outleaving a person that was not trained as a cook to be their cook for the day. After Brianna my husband and I explained that weunderstood suggested that she take a few breaths and look at her situation differently. The people knew that they were down acook and still decided to stay and eat, so it might take longer, your order might not be perfect, if they all knew this andstill decided to stay it was on the customer not her. She gave every table in the place the best she had and we couldn't ofasked for anything more. My husband's only came out with Pepper's in it. He never complained, She noticed the pile on his plateand promptly asked him if he could start on his grits so they could make him a new one. The improvised cook was great also hedidn't know that they weren't supposed to be in there. Brianna and the person who got shoved into the spot as the Cook deserveapplause for their hard work. Everyone makes mistakes and we all have bad days, We shouldn't be so fast to make a judgement. Great little breakfast spot, first time ever being here! It's like an upscale Waffle House and I loved it! Definitely some home... style diner breakfast! The staff was great and extremely helpful. Read more
