I don't feel like they even deserve a one star. Food is always cold and wrong, over sauced I feel like the put a pound of... mayonnaise on everything. Chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for atleast a few hours. Onion rings are cold & tastelike grease. It went in the trash. 40 bucks went into the garbage. What a waste of time and money. This should be the nextrestaurant they shut done and put something new in. Or they need a new owner of the franchise . Completely new crew , somethingneeds to happen. Pulled up a 9:45 in the outside lane, there was a car getting its order taken on the inside lane. They took their order and... asked me to wait. While waiting 2 cars pulled into the inside lane and they took their orders, while I was still waiting toorder my meal, so I went and moved to the inside lane where I was again asked to wait, a car pulled into the outside lane andthey got the same please wait. At this point I waited patiently and finally after 20 minutes of waiting they took my order. WhenI pulled around to pay for my meal I asked why I was made to wait so long and yhe cashier said she just took over the headsetand had no idea why. Poor service is an understatement. Read more
The pictures does not do justice to this sandwich. The egg was dry, overcooked and looked like it was split in half to make... another sandwich. The sausage was way over cooked and was so dry. It was not worth the 17 we paid for it. Save your money and gosomewhere else or cook at home. Read more
Took forever to order, I'd guess 15-20 minutes start to finish. They give me this as a large iced coffee, seriously? It isn't... like it's a soft drink that fizzed down, this is just pure laziness to not fill it even close to full. It also tastes like it'salmost straight cream. Cheeseburger they forgot cheese on($1.39 for that when a bacon cheeseburger is on sale for $1?). Won'tever return. Read more
If I could give it less than 0 stars in would. Orders are always wrong and they consistently forget items you order. Now you... can add poorly cooked food to the list. The nuggets were mushy stuck together and not cooked completely. Read more
Food and service is always good but pleasantly surprised the dinning room was decorated for the holiday season and very clean.
