Very disappointed. Went for my son's second birthday and he didn't want his Mac n cheese because it was cold, not room temp,... cold. They didnt have the first 2 things on the menu I tried to order. Strange right? Settled for a Caesar salad. It was ok,it's kind of hard to mess that up. I wish the experience would've been better and that I could give a 5 star review, but thatsimply isn't true. Always out of stock of many bread/baked items. Ironic when ?bread? is in the name. Self-serve order kiosks don?t work correctly... half the time and prompts you to add promotional items that are sold out. Bad experience. Read more
I met a friend there for lunch. The food was great. My friend needed dairy-free and gluten-free food and Panera was a great... choice for her. We were able to sit and visit for a while. A lovely experience. Read more

Our food was served in dirty bowls. This is a nice, stand-alone location with pleasant staff. Food, once delivered with ALL the... components we ordered (chicken salad was delivered minus the chicken) was delicious. But our bowls had a sticky, dried foodresidue on both the outside and inside. This was not from the food served to us , but from previous food served; in other words-not washed, or not properly washed. See for yourself; run your fingers on the outside of the bowl and along the inside lip. Whatyou should feel is squeaky clean and smooth surface, not a tacky, even sticky residue (ours was visible as well; my wife did notwant me to go up and say anything) Read more
