Let's face it. Every town now has it's own "Authentic" Mexican restaurant (some have 2 or 3) and with a very few exceptions, the... food is always good and pretty much the same. So what it really comes down to is service, atmosphere and price. Monte Albandelivers in all three areas. Great friendly service, great Mexican atmosphere and reasonable prices. PS. This is the greatest Mexican restaurant in Barboursville area. The decor is Mexican style really neat scenery and colorful . My... mom, and sister loves this place. Friendly staff. Food is to die for. Putting the cheese dip on the rice is wonderful. We havevisited weekly. The prices are very reasonable. Read more

As always we really enjoyed eating here. After Covid it had been awhile since we were able to eat here, but it hasn't skipped a... beat. Food was so good and we left completely full. And honestly it's the cheapest place we eat. Less the 40 for 2 adults and 2kids and a table full of food. Lol. We need to show this place more love and support after this Covid situation to keep placeslike this going. Read more
