Food was cooked nicely. Steaks definitely cooked as ordered. Husband loved white cheddar cheese stuffed mushrooms. We couldn't... have asked for a better server. Refilled drinks when low, checked in, very polite, friendly and great guy. First visit and verypleased. Read more

Came in on a Thursday night about 6:30. There were five people at the host stand. It took several minutes of discussion between... them to determine that we should be seated at a high top by the bar. The dining room was only half full. The bartender was ourserver. She was friendly with the bar customers, but seemed inconvenienced by having to deal with a table. Service wasacceptable. We ordered an appetizer (tonions) and we both ordered the 6oz. sirloin. Mine was ordered medium, my wife orderedmedium well. Our appetizer arrived in reasonable time, as did our salads. Our dinners took a bit long. My steak was about aninch think and medium rare. My wife's steak was about 1/2 inch thick, black, crunchy, completely dried out, and tasted likecharcoal. Our server never came back to check if our steaks were acceptable. My wife ate here potato and shoved her plate to theedge of the table with the cut, but uneaten burnt steak. The bartender came out from behind the bar, snatched that plate onlyand quickly ducked into the kitchen. She returned after a few minutes and dropped our check on the table as she swiftly andsilently breezed past our table. We paid our check, and left. Not once, during our entire visit, did anyone say 'how waseverything ' or 'how is your dinner' A steakhouse that can't cook steaks properly is a sad thing. Servers who are embarrassed bythe garbage they are forced to serve, lose all pride in their job and resort to creative ways of increasing their tips. Thislocation is not a good representation of this brand. Something happened here that has allowed a slow, steady decline that willcontinue until the store gets a new name. Read more

Longhorn quality service and food. Started with the spicy chicken wraps and texas tonion. For the main course I had the 6 oz.... Filet mignon medium rare with lobster tail. The filet was juicy and prepared to order. Lobster had nice butter glaze. My wifehad the chicken tenders with sweet bake potato and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our server was professional and did a great job. Goodstuff. Read more

Had a party with 13 kids seated next to us, went from having a nice atmosphere to being inside a Chuck E Cheese's for the two... hours we were there. The waitress we had seemed overworked, but she was very nice and got everything out to us and her othertables quickly. The food was very good, especially the lava cake. Read more

If you come, cancel all plans the rest of the day. We sat at about 630 and got our food at 745ish. The service is horrendous,... rarely checked our drinks. The bread they give you to kill time waiting was hard and nasty. The food we waited an hour+ for waspartly raw and my burger was mediocre and tasted pre-made. They forgot my double bacon and apparently they don't carryjalapenos. So I left still hungry and thirsty. I'm only leaving a two star cause when we did see our waiter he was nice andbrought my cousin ice cream for his birthday. I will only recommend it for alcoholic drinks and if you have the entire day off. Read more

Exquisite food, in a pleasant quiet atmosphere. The wait time was 45 minutes, so used the app to check in before we left the... house, so our actual wait time was 8 minutes. This was our 2nd trip to Longhorn Steakhouse in Barboursville, WV. We returnedfor our wedding anniversary, because we like it SO much! I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures of the restaurantbuilding. However, in my pictures you will see a side salad, white cheddar stuffed mushrooms, side of grilled shrimp, a loaf ofbread that comes to each table, a 12 oz medium-well ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli as sides. All of the foodwas served promptly and was hot. This is my favorite restaurant by far. I would recommend Longhorn Steakhouse 100 percent!!! Read more

I took my parents there for their 66th anniversary. The server was fabulous. She was very attentive to my parents. She must have... told the manager, because he sent them a bowl of ice cream and two spoons. The food was perfectly cooked. I love the Brusselsprouts. The salads are almost a meal by themselves. My husband and I tried it for the first time on our 12th Anniversary, and we don't regret it. The best steaks we've ever had!... The only thing we weren't crazy about was the stuffed mushrooms appetizer, not at all what we imagined, not bad, just not forus, too cheesy, not enough other flavors. Other than that, we had salads, very good, we both had baked potatoes, they werepretty good too. Overall we had a very good experience there. It does cost a bit more than other similar options, like theRoadhouse or Outback, not much though, and there's not a lot of variety on the menu, but they specialize in good steak it seemedlike, and you definitely get your moneys worth on that front. Like with most things, you get what you pay for, and the steaksare worth the 20 something we paid for them, and were very good sized cuts, and cooked perfect! We will definitely be visitingthem again soon. ???? Read more
