I never noticed until this visit that Logan's offers deviled eggs on their appetizer menu. I had to try them and very happy I... did, recommended. I also ordered the meatloaf. I did enjoy the meatloaf, but there was quite a heavy dose of mushrooms andonions on it. Once I dialed that back some, it was really pretty good, kinda put me in mind of Salisbury steak more thanmeatloaf though with it's gravy. My corn was a little on the done side, but I was told that by my waitress up front and thatshe would order more if I wanted, I didn't find that necessary, but she was right, it was a little charred. Went Saturday. To start off the table and menus were both sticky. But the food which is the main reason for going there ranged... from bad to just ok. All four of us had salmon this time and all four of our portions were different. Some pieces were twice thesize of other pieces and they all ranged in different levels of preparedness from undercooked to way overcooked. My piece was sowell done it was tough to eat it. We didn?t get the dill butter. Had to ask for that. By the time they had made it we weredone. But our server was great and did her job very well so no complaint about that. Logan?s has raised their prices now toLonghorn and Outback type levels. Logan?s never was quite as good as them but the value made Logan?s appealing. Not any more.There is no appeal to this. This used t be my husband and my favorite restaurant. We hadn?t been in about a year and a half. We went last Saturday. The... table was filthy. I had to use an antibacterial wipe to scrub the table. The floor was filthy and sticky. The salt andpepper shakers were filthy and salt wouldn?t come out. The server was excellent, although he brought us silverware that waswrapped in a filthy napkin, which he noticed first, and took back. My steak was a like a piece of leather. I had to send itback and wait for a new one. We waited a long time to initially get our food. It was just terrible. I feel for the server,who in no way, could make this a good experience. Went there for my wife's birthday. The only thing she asked for and waited all day to go. Got there, place only had maybe 10... cars there. Go seated after waiting for table to be cleaned, ordered our food and waited. Food shows up, her BBQ ribs was driedup and hard her corn was sour. My youngest daughter just wanted waffle frys and they was cold and barely cooked. The same wasmine, fries had ice n it. Other 2 adult kids got sirloin steaks and they was the size of a meatball. The Mac n cheese lookedlike a balled up cheese roll. She was very upset and very disappointed. It ruined her bday cause she only asked for a nice sitdown dinner with her family. Ive read their reviews just now. And all the replies back on the reviews or complaints soundsautomated. Doubt any action is being taken to correct issues. Went here last night. It was not the same as when we used to go years ago when we lived closer. Took over 45 minutes to get our... food and when we did it was cold. Then server told us to give him a minute and he'd go get the broccoli when it was ready. Hedidn't even seem to notice that it had taken that long even though they had very few people in the restaurant. At the end saidwould you guys like to go ahead and pay were about to close. Took over an hour to get seated after they told us 30 minutes. Seated parties larger than ours who came in after us, once seated... the waited 15 minutes before taking our drink and appetizers order. First time eating at a Logan's and it was incredible. This location had amazing service, very good food, and well priced. This... one time was better than my experiences at Texas Road House locations combined. Very delicious and will definitely eat hereagain. Ordered the waffle fries as a side but they did not come out with the food, I asked the chief when he brought out thefood and he said corporate kept switching their fries and wasn't sure if they had them. I told him it was fine and within 10minutes he brought me out a free side of waffle fries that he specifically looked for to see if they had. Went out of his wayfor me. Very amazing service.
