Dont waste your time. GO TO BOGO PIZZA INSTEAD!!!!! Your order will not be fullfilled or they will cancel your order. I... HIGHLY recommend going to another location if you want to order Papa Johns. Their customer service is the worst I have everexperienced at this location. The manager Eli refused to fulfill my order that was placed for delivery and then told me that Iwas unable to pick it up after he canceled it without reason. I spend roughly $100 a month at this Papa John's but will never come back as of yesterday. We went to pick up our food and when... I checked it inside our truck, I noticed there was no cheese in the middle of my daughters cheese sticks. So I went back to thestore to find all the young male employees sitting on the curb in front of the store. They are all careless and unapologetic.None of them should be working there. So, I had an issue with my order today, I called and I'm assuming the manager, refunded the order. I had zero intention of... leaving any kind of bad review, BUT...when I called the store, a guy answered and I explained to him that my chicken wingstasted bad, as in the chicken was no good, and that the pizza tasted undercooked. His response was, "Well I can go take apicture of the expiration date on the wings and send it to you if you'd like." I understand that people are desperate foremployees at this point, but maybe have a conversation with your driver's on how to speak to customers. I give Papa John's 5 stars because they've never disappointed me until last night and today...Therefore I refuse to give them a... bad review due to one managers poor people skills and bad customer service. I placed a delivery order last night at around10:25pm. My order was taken and I paid with my Cash App. I was told it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. At 11:40pm when myorder still had not yet arrived, I called to find them closed. I them checked my Cash App only to find the transaction had beencancelled at 10:47pm. When I called today to speak to a manager about the situation at hand I was told that there was nothing hecould do about it and that the order was never even prepared. Well why was it not, I ask and then why am I not being comped formy trouble? Why was I then treated as if it were no big deal? When I questioned his decision, he hung up on me. I then calledback to ask his name and he told me his first name and hung up on me again. Which leads me to the question, how did this managerthat mishandled my call aquire his position in the first place? I'm very disappointed about this event, not to mention the mealthat myself my boss and my co worker missed after a very long and hard day on the construction job. We woke early this morningto start work again after going to bed hungry. Really not happy about that. Illiterate. Call to give them an opportunity to fix it, no one answers. Go to the shop to get my pizza made correctly, Three... people in shop, and no one in the store. Very disappointed. This used to be my favorite Papa John?s. The last two times I ordered, the pizza has been awful. Last night I... ordered BBQ chicken pizza. So little sauce on it that you could barely tell it was there. Lots of onions and pineapple on it but I literally could only find a few pieces of chicken or bacon. I also ordered a sausage pizza which was dried out and hadminimal sausage on it. Time to find a new pizza shop. Read more
