Terrible experience. Couldn?t understand worker in the drive through and he couldn?t understand me. Pulled up to second window... and food was handed to me without any drinks, ice cream or even a Big Mac. We received the drinks after asking again butMcFlurry took 10 or more minutes to receive. But the Big Mac wasn?t noticed until we had drove away. While we were eating, wenoticed some nuggets were raw in the middle. Whole experience took a half hour for 3 small meals. Overall lost out on 6 dollarsand the food was so dry it?s still stuck in my throat. Almost choked while driving. Read more
You can enjoy a meal at your favorite mom and pop restaurant for about the same price. So why not sit down with the family and... have someone wait on you rather than wait in line. McDonald's is not worth the money. Read more
food was okay; large fry was not filled fully and the fries themselves were hot but soggy. Chicken was decent not the best but... not then worst. Workers were friendly and service was fast but only 2 cars were in the drive through. Read more
Only had kiosks open and it was confusing how they were running it. Kiosk would ask for a table card number but there were none... at the kiosk. So we entered a random number, as they were doing counter pickup only apparently. Except they were calling numberson receipts. Kiosk did not print the receipt though so we couldn't figure out our number. Staff was very confused when we askedfor help and barely understood or spoke English. Please post instructions or train staff better, also Ac was set to somethinglike 65 entire family was cold. Read more
Have to take your own order on a touch screen. Started to get busy and they didn't have all the self service open or working. ... As one customer said how come the food isn't cheaper if your not paying workers to take your order. May just stick to drivethru in the future Read more
Everything menu wise and food is the same as other McDonald's. The only thing I would of like and i feel others too are their... bathroom. It's a highly visited area specially on holidays. But in general all year round is popular. So a lot of people stop byto stretch out use the bathroom and get a bite before they get their rooms or visit the water parks. They should add 1 or 2 morestalls men bathroom. Read more
I got my regular spicy chicken sandwich which was good. Fries were good and drinks tasted clean. There's a huge green dinosaur... next to this McDonald's. It's a good place to grab a bite and take a few pictures. Read more
The guy with the ponytail kept looking at me but refused to take my order. There were no other customers there so I think they... just didn?t want to take my order. They took 20 minutes before we had to leave and go to macs (which is way better in myopinion). Read more
