Delicious food and about 80% of the time, the food is hot. But this place literally has the slowest drive-thru ever. Don't get... me wrong, I still come here to get food. But don't come here if you're in a rush. Be prepared to wait 20-40 minutes. You gottabe patient for this place. Hopefully they come up with different techniques to get the customers served quicker. I waited over 25 minutes to get my food in the drive through. Waiting that long completely defeats the purpose of a drive... though. I can think of much better ways to waste my gas. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant paid a little extra, and itwould have cost about the same at this point. When I pulled up to the window, and waited another 5 minutes for the window toopen just so I could pay, I counted at least four employees just kind of wandering around. If they were short-staffed andbusting their behinds I can understand that, but there was zero care or urgency whatsover. I love KFC but will not be back tothis one. Read more
Reedsburg location is so bad. The people working just don't understand you only want a, 1 peice of chicken, not a meal. Dense
I would give less stars if possible. Very unprofessional staff. Staff was very dirty. Order was taken by hand and then was not... accurate. Waited around 30 minutes for our food. Read more
Baraboo KFC knocked it out of the park! This week, we ordered lunch for our Slumberland Distribution Center. KFC went above... and beyond to make sure everything was ready on time, tasted amazing, and was in easy to serve containers. Everyone thoughtthe food was incredible and served at the perfect temperature. KFC also provided us with extra plates, napkins, and utensils,along with helping us load everything in the car. We couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism and theoutstanding service we received. Thank you Baraboo KFC. We look forward to ordering from you again soon! Keep up the greatwork! Ordered at the drive through, took my money and gave me drinks and forgot about me waiting and didn't even make my food. Had... cars honking at me. I went inside to see what was going on and they ignored me the only customer at the counter for over 5 min.I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't without the receipt from my car. No explanation no apology, just gigglingemployees. Horrible service. I'd rate them lower if I could. Read more
Simply ordered two chicken little sandwiches, possibly the easiest order to handle and they came looking like this. The bun was... doused in ?Nashville Hot Sauce? and it was literally soggy. There was about a half of jar of mayo when I asked for light mayo.Absolutely disgusting and threw them away after one bite. Never going to this KFC again. Read more
Pretty disappointed. I was craving some KFC. I love the original recipe and only eat dark meat. It was just after noon, maybe... 1210 when I got there. The line for the drive through was long so I went in and ordered my 2 piece leg and thigh combo. Got mydrink and prepared to wait. They were busy so I knew it would be a wait. They ran out of thighs and offered me 2 legs in mymeal. I politely refused saying I would wait, considering the leg has far less meat than the thigh, unless they wanted to giveme 3 legs. The lady went and talked to someone about the proposition. My proposition was refused and they didn't know when theywould have a thigh. She did offer me a breast but I don't like white meat so I refused and requested a refund which they did. Sosad....I really wanted KFC!! Read more
