I'm blown away by all the bad reviews. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. I've been to poorly ran Jimmy John's and this... one is just understaffed. They were one of the fastest I've ever been to. Our order was accurate but we don't ask for anychanges to regular menu. They were out of turkey but no big deal other options are way better. We have ordered on multiple occasions, and something is always wrong. Today will be our last order. The delivery person left the... food at the house across the street from us, even though our address is clearly visible on our house. I called to let them know,and they told me, ?well your delivery driver just got back so the food couldn?t have been out there more than 5 or 10 minutes?. Really? Is that acceptable? The staff was rude and the restaurant smelled sour! I wasn?t sure where to order because I wasn?t greeted properly and then one... of the staff said ?you would order at the register just like any other restaurant? if the jackass knew anything, some sandwichesplaces the register is the last point of contact! Very disappointed. It took me over 15 minutes for my order. They had over 4 employees working behind the counter. The bread was... very hard. I order ham and cheese and all I could taste was lettuce. I had to really look for the ham and cheese.. Read more
I am a local to the area, and I work in the area. Anytime I order online the order is typically 1 hour or more for delivery. ... Lately, anytime I try to call to order for delivery so I can ask how long the delivery time will be, no one answers. I hear thephone line pick up and hang up. DO NOT advertise that you have delivery if you in fact do not. I order delivery because Idon't have time on my break to leave work and get something myself. This is blatant false advertising. I downloaded Yelp just so I could warn people how awful this place is. I'm a repeat customer because I live near by and... appreciate the option of delivery. On three separate occasions they forgot to add bacon on my sandwich and charged me for itanyways. Each time I called in to complain they said they would give me a free chip bag coupon.. I don't eat chips?? THIS IS THELAST TIME I WILL EVER BE ORDERING THERE! Today they forgot to put chicken in a chicken Cesar wrap??? I don't know what is goingon over there but I would highly recommend ordering from any other jimmy johns. This place is an absolute embarrassment to therestaurant chain as a whole. Very entertaining experience... got the wrong order and mine was sent to another address. Was told to go get the food myself.... Asked for it to be remade cause that's honestly ridiculous. The woman (didn't catch her name, between 2 and 230 PM) called meback and continued to blame the delivery man! It was really unprofessional and it made me feel like she doesn't respectcustomers or employees... its one thing to deliver the wrong food, but it's worse to be a terrible manager. Read more
