We went in the morning. It was okay. Seemed really understaffed. There was Long wait times. The donuts did not taste fresh and... my iced coffee was not great. I did not have enough time to get my order corrected. Read more

My food and drinks were fine but my service could've been better. Drive thru lady didn't listen to the order completely before... cutting me off to say they didn't have glazed munchkins. When I came inside to order something I forgot, they had the glazedchocolate munchkins that I wanted. Read more

Another Dunkin on this trip ? another disappointment. I've arrived at this location at approximately 21.30 (half an hour before... closing) and stood next to the mobile order pickup point. When the barista noticed me, he had already crumpled the receipt withmy order on it and then said ? "We actually don't do frozen coffee right now". When I was trying to reach my husband to figureout what he'd like instead the barista said "Well, while you're figuring this out I'm going to continue closing, cause I wannago home". So, already not amusing. When my husband came in, I told him that what he wanted wasn't available and offered to get asignature latte instead. As soon as I offered that, the barista started arguing and saying that what I offered was more thanwhat I paid (mind you, the order was already paid for), and saying that ANY SIZE signature lattes are $1 more than the frozencoffee, when in reality, ON THE MENU BEHIND HIS BACK, it was clearly stated that a large signature latte is just 10¢ more thanthe frozen coffee of the same size. I understand that he wasn't going to work/get me smth more than what I paid for, but itsounded more like he didn't actually want to do anything and would rather give me a refund just to get rid of us. When hefinally checked the menu and found out that I was actually right, he once again tried to argue with me, but at last agreed tomake my husband a medium signature pumpkin spice latte (which was ? 50¢ less than what we actually paid, so we were alreadygetting less than what we paid for). After making it in a "take it and get lost" manner he just turned away and said "Have agood evening", once again dismissing the fact that: 1. We're paying customers; 2. This location is still open; 3. We haveanother drink on the order (which he obviously forgot cause he barely got to look at our receipt before crumpling it to throw itaway). If you order from the kiosk and you're waiting awhile for your order, make sure to ask them about it! They were out of certain... donuts we ordered, but we didn't know until I went up to ask about them after waiting for awhile. But when I did talk to theemployees, they were very helpful! Read more

Over priced. $5 for a scoop of ice cream is pretty ridiculous. Only half the ice cream case had ice cream the rest was empty and... shut off. Used to love their Vanilla Chai tea lattes but something changed with how they make them and now they are gross! Read more

Great service, treated like VIP! And they didn?t close 30 minutes early. ??????
