Service was super fast food was perfect. Counter person was very polite and got order correct ???? food was put together nicely... not sloppy. If your out of alot of stuff it should be on your website also arbys is known for sauce if you order chicken give people some... sauce to go with it. Got the chicken tenders said honey mustard n nothing. Not a huge deal but everything together adds up. Read more
Actually was employed at this place as a "shift manager" for about 3 weeks. What a huge mistake! Horrible training first of all... and no real direction. Too many managers and not enough crew. Young teenage employees with rude horrible attitudes who do notlisten! One "manager" in particular Jazzmine Copus got in my face in a very rude threatening manner, threatened to actuallyeven send me home and started yelling at me over me allowing a customer to use a coupon for a 1 dollar milkshake! What BS! Havecaught several employees there (including her) making food with no gloves and actually taking food/ French fries/ fried foodsout of warming bins and eating it with bare hands, no gloves and no visor or hat and basically look like they throw sandwichesina tornado before they wrap them so sloppily! Gross! The food timers meant to be set to go off to tell them when to throwexpired food out are NEVER used. Ever. This may explain why before I worked there the chicken id order was always old, dry, fellapart and tasted horrible! Running out of beef on two different occasions...in a 3 week period!! ( I know.. were Arbys right!?!?!?) Once in a dinner rush because beef was not hot enough to serve yet! One was for a catering order and the poor womanactually was told to leave and come back for the rest of her beef! This arbys even asks ppl to supply their own crock pots forcatering. Wow! Now I have worked in plenty of restaurants in the past but what a shitshow! Wouldn't waste time or my money eveneating there tbh anymore. Ugh. Read more
Worst meal I ever tried to eat! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it appeared as though they scraped breading off the deep... fryer (No Chicken) and covered it with a terrible amount of sauce. I tried to discuss it with the staff and they just said"that's how Arby's does it." I put it nicely and tried to give them a constructive conversation opportunity but they were notmature enough to learn anything. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to eat. Read more
