Tara was extremely helpful! The shake and tea I got were delicious. The aloe shot was surprisingly good as well.
These power shakes taste so good that you would think that they aren't healthy, but they are packed full of protein and vitamins... that your body needs. The staff is so helpful answering questions and making sure you get what you want/need. I have a shake forlunch and it gives me enough energy and keeps me full for the whole afternoon. The atmosphere is everything a girl could want in a tea/shake shop! Lots of greenery, modern-looking, and clean! The staff are... always so friendly and welcoming and obviously know what they're talking about, as sometimes I need a little help figuring outwhat I'll enjoy later. Best nutrition club ever! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and warm welcomes! They know so many of the locals by... name which is incredible!
