FIRST TIME HERE AT THIS SIZZLERS IN BANNING CA. IT WAS EXCELLENT AND THE CASHIER WAS VERY POLITE ... AND D.J. OUR SERVER WAS... FANTASTIC. HE WAS JUST SERVING SO FAST. This location kept alive during COVID by erecting a tent in the parking lot. The food quality did not diminish during this... period. They have long-since resumed normal operations. Like most other restaurants, the prices are higher now and, as of thedate of this review, they are adding a 3.5% surcharge to every ticket. I have always been impressed with their salad bar, bothin its variety and its cleanliness. One thing I cannot explain is that, for a restaurant chain that built its reputation ongrilled steaks, the selection of different cuts of meat is so limited. You cannot go wrong with this place, no matter yourpersonal taste. Sizzler Banning is definitely Recommended. Read more
If I could give it no stars I would. Firstly The customer service was fantastic. It was the quality of the food. The salad bar... was decent although the thousand island dressing was way to thick. I ordered a steak well done, when it came to the table it wasstill bleeding in different parts. We also got the unlimited shrimp, there was so much batter around the shrimp. Salad bar theygive you one plate and bowl per person. Unsure what they wanted us to do if we wanted seconds? I guess use dirty plates. Lastlythe dessert. Majority of the items were decent however the fruit was mushy. I have been to other sizzlers, and this location isby far the worse. Read more
The amount of food shrunk, a lot. I used to come here all time, for years, but lately the quality and amount of food has not... been very good.. the service was good but the food was not, so, on the note, I won't be coming back.. 6 oz Steak and bakedpotatoe Chicken Malibu The good looks nothing like the ad picture.. :( so sad.
