Ordered our food and asked for ranch they said "sure on the burger or side?" I said side is fine, got to the window and they... said they didnt have ranch. Today Saturday September 10th went through the drive through early morning because our son wanted chicken stars. Husband ordered... the wrong thing at first, the young lady at the window was super nice and sweet and very helpful. She helped fix the order andmade a 4 year old very happy. Very kind and helpful staff. Takes the order and serve your meal with a great smile. The restaurant is very clean and nice.... Burgers are fresh and have a great flavors. Dip- sauces are not that fun (a bit watered down) but still okey. Over all it's agood Carls Jr. Read more
The taste of food here is okay; about what you would expect. But the value (amount of food vs the price they charge) isn?t very... good. 6 waffle fries for $3.50 seems like a rip. This is not a one-time occurrence; it?s all the time. Their chicken starsare also pricey for what they are: just nuggets. On top of that, the staff here isn?t very professional. I?ve been here(drive-thru) on more that a few occasions and regularly had to wait 10-15 minutes for food. Not stuff off-menu, just theirregular food and during regular hours. The times I?ve gone inside, it seems like the staff is goofing off. I?m glad when staffenjoy their work but people typically come to a fast-food place to get fast food, key word being ?fast?. That doesn?t happenhere. It seems like a management problem. If you?re okay with that, this place is for you. If you want fast food at a goodvalue, I suggest to try somewhere else. Read more
The staff are very nice and I received my order quickly. However, the forgot to add ranch dressing for my chicken strips. Too... bad I didn?t check the bag until I got home. If you go there , check the contents of the bag before you leave the parking lot. Read more
Nice food, gd if you want to have a quick bite I won?t go there for food if i have enough time. Their food is okay but it?s full... of fat and I always feel bad after i eat there. And I don?t really think the vegetables in there sandwiches are fresh speciallythe tomatoes. Read more
Came here to get milk shakes for my children. We asked for chocolate and was told they didn't have chocolate. We said vanilla... would be fine and they said they didn't have it either. With the tone the young lady had, I believe she was lying but we stillsaid "ok then, thank you anyways". I want to note that at this location you can see into the restaurant. We observed the twoyoung ladies laughing. They also pointed and continued to laugh as we drove by. We found that very unprofessional and rude. Read more
