Extremely slow service. One person working here and seems more content to chat with people than trying to get orders done. Avoid... this place if you're in a hurry. Read more

My fiancé came here to pick up dinner for us to go. He ordered two footlong sandwiches. His was the Spicy Italian; mine was... supposed to be the Veggie Patty on a footlong flatbread. After the sandwich maker put on the toppings, they were paid for and myfiancé came home. I opened mine and found only toppings and no veggie patty (offered on the menu). The sandwich maker obviouslynever made one before or she would have known to put the veggie patty on the flatbread first before anything! Doesn't managementhave them memorize what's on the menu to eliminate mistakes like this? I even tried calling 4 times to have her remake mysandwich and we'd pick it up but was disconnected each time I called. I'll have to say that this incident has left a bad tastein my mouth and I usually like Subway very much and would order the Veggie Max patty sandwich every time with no problem but theonly time that I don't order it myself, it is done wrong, lol! I arrived only to find one employee who did FIVE to go orders before he even got to me. Ive worked at subway I know there?s... pressure to help customers but when you have multiple customers in the store and you?re prioritizing online orders that?s aproblem. I feel Like there should be some more help. I waited to be ver 20 minutes and I feel that?s that lack urgency. Read more

Great friendly service and of course the best sub-sandwiches in the land. Its right off the road so it makes for a great fast... pit stop for some delicious road munchies, but its the great service that I'll remember the most, thank you. Read more

I guess I have good luck going to this Subway. I've never had a problem with them "taking their time" and always had an... acceptable wait for my sandwich. So, I did my own test. I walked in a half hour before closing at 8:30pm. There was a family of4 ahead of me that was getting rung up by a younger male cashier. (He still seems kinda new at his job) THEN... there was anolder gentleman working. He sat there doing nothing except watching his coworker ring up the order. He didn't acknowledge meeven when he walked within 5 ft of me. He then acted like he was cleaning the cookie trays. He pretty much did nothing theentire time I was there. The younger cashier greeted me with a smile even though they were clearly closing soon. My littleexperiment was to time them. I timed then from the moment that I walked in the door to the time that I exited. I started thestopwatch on my phone just to make sure I got the correct time. I was only in there for 6 minutes and 2 seconds. That is totallyan acceptable amount of time. I gave it four stars because of the older gentleman not engaging the customer(s) and pretty muchleaving his coworker to do everything. I have a background in franchises and I'm seriously pondering applying there to become amanager. I have nothing else to do so might as well. I'll just sum by saying it's a hit or miss if you go in there. But myexperience was a pretty good one. **Oh, I also want to add that when they younger gentleman was making my sandwich, mayo gotall over the paper wrapping. I was expecting to get some kind of attitude if I asked him to replace it BUT i was proven wing. Hedid it with a smile and understood that no one wants a soggy sandwich. Read more

Been here pretty often since I moved very close to this location. Very slow service, even if you call-in or do an online order.... They almost never have my order done by the time I show up which is 15-20 minutes after I order on the phone. Also noticed thatthere are some employees that make the bread very skinny and about half as small as usual. I gave 2 stars because there havebeen a few good days that I've ate from here. I'd love to change my review, please address these issues! Read more
