Mobile orders get ignored for as long as possible, 100% of the time. I?ve given it a year plus and it only seems to be getting... worse. I place my order for a single coffee BEFORE I leave HOME and I STILL wait. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. - even if there?s nobodythere. You can literally watch as they ignore your ticket in the store. It?s extremely frustrating because I order online sothat I can treat myself every once in a while with an iced beverage with the DD Perks Rewards. I wish there was another locationI could go to but unfortunately this is the only one on my way to work. I would recommend placing your order 15-20 min beforeyou need your coffee, longer if you?re getting food. Read more
I have never had a problem with this dunkin but this is the second time I've ordered a coffee cake muffin and they have given me... a blueberry muffin. I cant have blueberries. Why can't they just let me know they don't have coffee cake or at least tell mewhat they have instead of just giving me a random muffin that I can't have. Read more
Stopped in today and got a coffee and bagel. Ordered extra toasted, which it said on my receipt. I was at the window after... paying for 6+ mins just waiting for the bagel. To speed up there drive through ?time? per customer, I got a completely raw bagelthat didn?t see a toaster for even a few seconds, with a big chunk of cream cheese stuck to one raw bagel. My 13 year old daughter wanted to treat my wife and I out to a large ice caramel craze latte with her own money and they sent... her out with 3 large cold foam cold brew caramel swirls instead. When she went back and asked them to correct it, they gaveher 3 cups of something different but they sent the cups out with no label that time and they still weren't latte... no cream onthe top and not even the right domed lids. 2x in a row they took what was supposed to be a sweet occasion and ruined it and lefther out over $15 and very disappointed. 1st cup is what she ordered the day before from another location. Second cup is thefirst incorrect order and last cup is the second in correct order with No Label and they didn't give her a receipt either time. Read more
