Gave me nasty wrap, when I asked them to return it and get another one, he said you'll have to pay for another one. I threw it... on the floor and left, not recommended. Won't ever go here again. They kept touching food without changing gloves too. Read more

Staff could definitely divide the tasks better, so that they are quicker. Now they were doing all sorts of things, so we had to... wait in line quite a long time. it's also wise to keep the right caps on the right sauce bottles, my aioli tasted a lot likehoney mustard... Very bad service and customer treatment. Hostile looks. We asked for foot long packed in two, so we can eat one now and one on... trail. They say that even when you have bought foot long, but you want it packed into two, then they will charge for two 6inches. They say that owner has this local subway policy which is not applicable to any other subway in Canada. Such peopleshould never be given such reputed franchises. Read more

Literally none of the employees ever change their gloves. It?s disgusting. I watch a gluten free sub be made with meat. Followed... by a vegetarian sub. All without changing the gloves. No hair nets nothing either. They?re gross dude. Read more

Worst experience ever I had from subway restaurant not only they cheating customers by not putting right amount of toppings. I... worked 6 years managing subway restaurant and it was painful to see that owner is loosing business because staff get irritatedwhen I asked for only few extra olives. One of the staff got angry when I asked for more olives and one of the guy standingright beside the person who was making my sub told me that you need to talk to my staff with respect. I didn?t ask them give meextra sub but few more olives which he could charged me if needed but didn?t understand where the respect part came from. Isimply have one suggestion that your customer is your boss and simply can fire from chairmen to ceo by spending their moneysomewhere else. So treat them with respect it might cost you few extra cents but it will help you bring business and retain yourcustomers. Read more

Nope no way, it's not an authentic subway for sure. Damn too hesitant to add topings and sause. Bought 5 sandwiches with... absolutely no napkin. Asked to wrap it in two cover, as we where on two cars, they said cover is there but no cover. Not surewhy they have not added napkins. Top bad customer service. Price is inflated, but I read the price before I ordered it, nocomplaints on it. Read more

Located just off the main drag, with a couple tables inside and outside. Staff try to move through the line quickly. With two... staff putting toppings on it was challenging when trying to order 3 subs and both staff were asking questions. When explainingit was difficult to listen to both of them at the same time they continued to both ask questions. One staff seemed irritatedthat questions weren?t being answered quickly making the experience unnecessarily stressful. Tables outside were notclean. Food was as expected and this place was good for a quick meal to get back to exploring Banff. Read more
