We were visiting Banff national park with my family.My kids were interested in trying out the new drink (pineapple lemonade) if... I am right ;).We ordered the drink and after waiting for 30 minutes,our drink finally arrived.My daughter tried it and seeingthe expressions on her face , I tried it too.The drink tasted bitter and nasty.After a while of debating whether or not to goback to the store and ask them to replace it, we as a family decided to go and tell them that we did not like it.We went backand asked one of the guys there.He said he has to talk to him supervisor.The supervisor came after 15 minutes and told us thatwe tried the drink and she couldn?t give us a replacement for it.We were surprised at her attitude.We are from the US and in theUS if for any reason we don?t like the drink/food people are more than happy to exchange it or replace it.The store manager knewthat we are visiting and she would never ever see us. She decided that she doesn?t have to help us with anything.This was aterrible thing for us.$6:79 does not mean a thing to me.It?s the human approach that counts. I am fine but I feel bad as amother to see my kids have to deal with something like this.Please treat everyone the way you want to be treated.I hope it willhelp others too if they ever need to change their minds. I love turtles. Love them. But I also know we can have straws that aren?t paper and still save them. So when these lovely and... kind ladies said they had a plastic straw for me - this Starbucks was automatic 5 stars. And of course they were all very kindand the service was quick so nothing to complain about. Read more
Love getting my 4-shot espresso with an extra shot of heavy cream. I use to have a sweet tooth but once I got on Plexus, I lost... my sweet tooth. I still love the bitter taste of Starbucks though. This joint was well organized and clean. Everyone wasadhering to Covid stuff so there was a small wait time. Read more
The coffee is strong but bitter. They do need to work on how to make a goooood coffee not just a coffee. The shop was quiet at 8... but by 9.30 a queue is out the door. The shop is spacious with tables and benches, tables outside in the freah air. Staff areefficient amd friendly understand funny accents and the coffee arrives quickly. Read more
I might be late posting this review but we just visited here for very first time last month and of course we were there about... almost when store was closing. One the staff came to lock the doors but still she allowed us to enter and place our order. ?J?was accommodating and the coffee was served great. Read more
