The hours of operation vary. They are open when the sign on the door says they are open. Only way to know is to physically go.... Maybe they will be open for your morning coffee, and maybe they won't? ???? Read more
I loved the place. We had just come down from the Banff gondola, grabbed some to-go food and ate it outside on one of the... benches. The view of the mountains was amazing. After the windy trip to the top of the gondola, the coffee tasted heavenly. Read more
No one cares to serve you if your at the counter. The gumpy manager needs a new job. Ordered 2 drinks and cone. Waited over 15... minutes watching others, who ordered after us get their orders. I like to note they have a sign that says Summer Drinks are $1small, +25¢ extra for medium, and another price for large... Is it not $1 for all sizes for the Summer drinks? This place is way too busy. Came here for a vanilla cone special but none of the ice cream machines were working. The washrooms... are downstairs and are hot, muggy and fragrant. Read more
Ordered breakfast here since it's the only fast food open in the morning. It's just a usual McDonald's location. The people... there are a bit slow in making your food, but I guess that means they never really go busy. Order. Pay. Get your stuff. Thenleave. Read more

This is truly an amazing place. We did not stay there because it was out of our budget, but as visitors, we found this place... very friendly and great. There is a lot to see, a lot of history and many beautiful halls and rooms to see. The outside patiosare beautifully filled with colorful flowers and they come out great on your picture. Food was made quickly, and to order. Can't complain, it's a McDonalds so you know what to expect, and because you're in a... tourist location you see people from around the world which is awesome. Also of you use the app you get extremely cheap foodusually. Read more
