When we got to the drive through speaker to order, the young lady asked if we could wait a minute. No problem there. However, it... took about 5 minutes before she took our order. We ordered 2 Big Hot Ham and Cheese sandwiches and wanted milk shakes. She theyweren't doing milk shakes at the moment, so we ordered something else. Once we got our food, one sandwich was hot but the otherwas cold. Very disappointed. Read more

The chicken is the best I've ever had, but it's hard to get it hot and fresh. The wings and legs were so small it was hard to... get any meat to amount to anything. I had to take it back first time and the pieces they put on top were big and hot, the oneson the bottom were awful. The biscuits ate usually wonderful, these were very dark and hard. We were not able to eat but fourpieces of chicken out of the ten pieces and the biscuits went in the trash with the other chicken. We live about 30 miles fromthe hardee's so we look forward to stopping by. We couldn't eat inside or go in to the bathroom, it's a long ride from Augustato Round O. This is the worst Hardee's ever. The new manager is sorry. Lobby was closed to public, but open to friends. We sat at drive thru... window, heard a guy inside making a constant noise like a goat. We left order was wrong. I called up there, spoke with themanager, asked a simple question. Why can't y'all ever get my order right? She hung up on me. On December 30 my husband and I went inside the Hardee's of Bamberg restaurant. We could not get to the counter because trash... cans were placed in front of the counter with trash overflowing from them. There was also trash on the floor. Behind thecounter was very messy also with empty bags, trash, and crumbs everywhere. The customer service was decent. We were greeted andour order was taken and prepared in a timely manner. There was no explanation offered for the condition the restaurant. Not evena simple, excuse the mess. There were several people working and no one was making any attempt to clean anything. Read more
