How bout getting more friendly staff? Your drive thru team have GOT to be the most miserable people with the except of 2 young... ladies. Amazing how a please and thank you go such a long way. Today the guy at window looked miserable!! No hi, acknowledgingglance, NOTHING! Hands the ice cap over, turns his back on me. REALLY!?!?!?!? This Tim Hortons is SUPER FAST! HOWEVER, they dont care if your order is right and only care about gettingypu out of the line as... fast as possible. Always in such a hurry. This Tim Horton?s location must have no customer service training, never mind basic sanitary standards. My coffee cup was... handed to me with a sticky syrup on its surface, with no cup sleeve, even though it was piping hot. They didn't provide me withnapkins even though I ordered a glazed donut. When I asked for napkins, I got the stink eye and asked why I needed a napkin. Ithen asked, ?where is my receipt; it should be in my bag.? Her response was, ?nobody wants receipts; why do you?? I wish I werea CRA agent at that very moment. I will NEVER return to this location, and I will never order coffee and food from thislocation for my business site near there. Read more
We dined in. There were more flies inside than outside. We had wraps the sauce in one of the wraps was leaking out, making it... difficult to grasp the wrap. I was not impressed with the quality of the wraps all together. The restaurant needs a goodcleaning, there is so much crumbs and paper, straw coverings all along the window ledge, you can see all the stuff fromoutside. I will not done inside again. It's crazy how consistent tim hortons can be at being inconsistent. Doesn't matter the location.No coffee taste the same and they never have the right amount of cream or sugar.
