They need to work on their customer service.

I bought a birthday cake the other day for my daughter's party. My guests found hair in the cake, so I wanted to get a refund... for it. I was initially told I could if I brought the cake back. I went to my place to bring it, and an hour later, the managersaid it wasn't his employee's hair and that I should have saved the strand of hair. Very small size of corn, cost more than 4 dollars, not worth

Just wondering why they have people working at this place. We walk up to the counter one lady has her arm in her shirt talking... to the other lady. We try to ask them a question and they ignore us until they decided they where done talking. If u don't wantto do your job don't come to work. Also if you need to keep your arm in your shirt while you are pouring a diet coke, and takingorders then my suggestion is find another job. Read more

Went to get a birthday cake for my mom. She asked what I wanted written on it & I said ? happy birthday mom ? okay, easy enough... or so I thought. When I got the cake the piping was awful! Looked like a 2 year old did it. I could?ve done a better jobblindfolded. If she didn?t know how to pipe she should have told me. I would?ve done it myself.
