The food is barely ok- supermarket level. However, they don?t include wasabi in your order (not extra wasabi just the bare... minimum one which is included even in grocery store bento boxes)! They charge you for the bowl as well as the basic ingredientsas extras. For a glass of water you have to pay without your knowledge- unless you ask for the receipt and see it later.
