Saturday afternoon, the line was at the door. Several people waited to pick up orders online. The cashier took so long. The... mother and kids stormed out of the door. I saw where Wendy's put all the online orders in a mini refrigerator. There we're a lotof orders stuffed in that mini refrigerator. A lot of food going to waste and refunds. A man ordered a kid meal with milk. Thecashier we don't carry milk but the kid's meal stated milk, water or Honest's juice box. When I finally placed my order the sodawas flat. The cashier "What you want me to do about it." I told her how about checking the carbonated system. I ain't doingthat. I'll give you a lemonade instead. Now I see why the mother and her kids stormed out without their food. Just have theworkers fix the food and go Vending Machine so we don't have to be waited on by "Mo" if that was her real name because thecashier name was different on the receipt. Read more
You can see by the receipt that it was to be a bacon cheese burger no pickles no MAYONNAISE. Also ordered a baked potato with... bacon and no bacon on potato. Frosty?s were melted. Spent 37.00 for bad food or food that was not what I ordered. Read more
Legitimately THE WORST fast food I've ever eaten. I spent 35 dollars for 2 meals and the fries were cold and hard, I bought 2... chicken sandwiches and both were over cooked and hard. Whole meal was basically inedible. Never making the mistake of cominghere again. I'd honestly rather starve. Read more
Out of all Wendy's I have gone to, this one in particular has to be thee WORST one I have ever been to. The location itself is... nice, but the staff (the one I interacted with) wasn't very professional. Not only that, but the food is just as bad as theperson that took my order. The absolute worst! Always issues with my order when I go here. 3 strikes and I'm done. Extremely long wait times, customer... service is horrible, chaos/confusion between the employees working , Items missing from the order or given the complete wrongorder. I ordered through the mobile app for carry out, when I arrive the door was locked because the dining room apparentlycloses before 8pm. Ended up going to the drive thru, waited forever. Was given my food in a sealed bag, it's a good thing Iopened it before I pulled off because the food in the bag was ICE COLD !!!! Disgusting and very disappointed! With the amount ofmoney we're spending on meals, The service should be better. No more Wendy's for me ! Read more
I ordered hot fries for both of my orders and received warm fries. If I was feeling better I would had returned both orders.... Wendy's charges too much money to be serving warm fries. I paid over $39 for my order which included two salads. This should beautomatic! Read more
I order here from the app a few times and I swear some of my stuff for my orders were missing. It was just stuff like my frosty... or my nuggets so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Until today when they cancel my order and then temporarily charged my card.I tried calling back but they would not answer their phone. I also went in person and the customer servce was terrible. neverhad this problem with any other place. I'm never ordering here again. Read more
This was the longest wait at 2pm in the afternoon I've ever had in a fast food restaurant drive-thru. Not only that, the young... lady at the 2nd window who gave me my food had an attitude like she was the customer waiting for 27 minutes in the drive-thru.She didn't say one word; No hello, thank you, Nothing. Asiago chicken sandwich was hot and good but My fries were cold and noteven filled the container and my soda was flat.
