The customer service is horrible out of this world. The food that?s prepared is thrown together everybody has major issues and... attitudes. When you ask to speak to the manager absolutely NOTHING is done. Took my granddaughter to purchase a drink she was very excited when she saw it was sold at Wawa only to be told it was a cold... drink that required ice they weren?t gonna be able to make because, they had no ice as we were leaving someone came in filledtwo large cups with ice then walked out. I?ve been going to Wawa?s for over 20 plus years and this is the first time ever I have experienced bad food and even extra... horrible service. I came one evening and ordered a burger and fries and my burger sat up there for so long . When I asked ifthat was my sandwich, one of the people asked me was that my order . He was so nasty towards me . Fries was super cold . Ichalked it to being busy so I went the next night and still horrible service . I recommend nobody eats there . This is my 1st time purchasing a bowl during lunch time from this particular location(2845 Rolling Rd., Baltimore, MD 21244), I... ordered the mash potato bowl because it looked quite appealing & filling might I add, just from looking at the picture on thescreen, which all the pictures of Wawa's bowls seem to look this way, once I received my order, to my surprise, it hardly lookedanything like as advertised on the menu of the ordering screen. As you can see in the photo provided, where's the mash potatoes?To all customers, look at this photo of this bowl, then compare it to the bowls that are advertised on Wawa's ordering screen intheir store, the pic on the right is what's in the store on the screen, the pic on the left is what it actually looks like afterordering, false advertising at it's best. Competitive gas prices. Huge parking lot with easy access for large trucks, RV's or vehicles pulling trailers. Friendly staff.... Large variety of made to order and ready to eat food. Store appears clean and orderly. Neatly well stocked. Read more
I'm from Philadelphia and I love my WaWa's but the Woodlawn WaWa is HORRIBLE. Poor service, dirty facilities, constantly out of... products during promotional sales, ie sizzlis. No hash browns for days. Trash overflow outside. Broken equipment outside, brokenlottery machine often and ATM's. This is totally unacceptable. Must do better to keep my business. Read more
