Every time I have ordered online my smoothie is waiting for me in the fridge and the workers have been pretty nice too
I got my food quickly, but the staff here is incredibly unprofessional. When I walked in, the person working the register (I... believe his name was Abel) was sitting at a table, texting. Then another person came out of the back to make my order. He waswearing sunglasses. The man in sunglasses and Abel then proceeded to have an argument about cutting tomatoes properly, in fullearshot of customers. As part of that argument, the man in sunglasses told Abel ?you?re not a girl, so stop acting likeone.? This all happened in less than 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Read more
The staff was extremely friendly, greeted every customer as they entered. Despite them having a extremely large order during the... time that I place my order. I ordered the Bahama mama smoothie which is delicious. Very clean as well as the restroom. Theydefinitely deserve a raise because they were knocking all the orders out. Read more
Really bad experience there, order something and didn?t get what I order, the two girls there were really rude? so sad. Very... good food But those people working there not so great. The absolute worst experience I have ever had! We walked in the store Friday(2/25) afternoon to eat lunch, we got to the... counter, slightly off to decide trying to figure out what what we all wanted(there were 3 of us). The young lady asked if weknew what we wanted, we said we are still deciding, my friend orders a salad with chicken, I order a salad with shrimp and myother friend asked for a quesadilla. The lady asks me 3 times you shrimp salad no chicken, correct. Just shrimp no chicken,she?s says there?s an up charge, ok, no problem. We go outside to wait for our order bc one of my friends forgets his mask, hetried to sit at the table while we were placing our order but they said he needed a mask to be inside, although when you aresitting down to eat you?re not wearing a mask, but sure we will go outside. 5 min later our order is ready, my friends goes into grab it, she says this bag is small let me check before we walk all the way home, sure enough the only thing in the bag was aquesadilla and a wrap that nobody order! So we go back inside and ask where are the salads, the young lady proceeds to tell uswe didn?t order but one salad, well we don?t even have one salad in here, then she says we will make your salad but you have topay for the second one, what did we pay for? Why didn?t you make 2 salads? She tells we only ordered one salad. After a fewexchanges of words and frustration of not get anywhere we asked for a refund? She was adamant she was right and said no. We leftthe food and walked out. I will never patron another tropical smoothie ever again. I couldn?t believe how rude they were afterthey messed up our order. Read more

Incredible staff and very clean dining room. Great smoothies. We were very pleased with our smoothies and my wife was pleased... with her hummus veggie wrap. My review is due to the food portions/quality. My Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla had almost nochicken. Read more
