This place is such a gem! We stopped in for some vegan treats and it did not disappoint. Our barista was the sweetest and he... made us feel so invited. Watch out for the vegan oatmeal cookie, it?s hard to stop at just one!! Read more

The owner, Kirsten Lapointe, is a fantastic cook - she whips up amazing soups and gorgeous cupcakes. AND everything is vegan and... gluten free. I never knew vegan/ gluten free could be so good ????. Read more

Yes, the service was good, the place is nice, and everything is vegan and gluten free. But the cupcakes tasted quite bad and the... coffee was even worse. Also, they don't let you just order one cupcake, you have to get multiple. Read more

I don't understand the large numbers of good reviews. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 instead of a 1 is because the... service was great and the owner was so authentic. The food on the other hand was tasteless, unpalatable, and hard. Plus, it wasexpensive too for what looked like sad finger food. I wouldn't have minded the price if it was good. Forgot what my dish wascalled but it was two finger food looking 'sandwiches' with nothing but a piece of greens and gross yellow stuff on a bun. Ieven got the flax cookie but that was awful too. I mean the cookie was so overcooked, I struggled to even bite through it. OnceI did half of the remaining cookie turned into dry dust in my lap. I couldn't even swallow, it was so dry. I was so eager tovisit this Cafe but unfortunately this is my first and last time visiting. Read more

Ordered ?The Angler? and while it was delicious, the portion was small and I was still hungry after eating it. Maybe if it was... served on a gluten free bagel, I would have been more full. So, I next ordered ?The Trickster? (almond butter and fig jam). Myentire lunch was $19 including the tip. For such an expense, I feel I would have had a lot more food at R. house or anotherlunch spot, so I?m not sure we will be ?regulars? unless the prices lower a little or the portions increase. Still, eating atthe bar was an experience I enjoyed! It was quiet and quaint. Great little spot, food was certainly delicious, and we will beback. Read more
