Unlike most places, the OWNER takes your order. Not only is he personable but honestly answers your questions about the menu and... if you ask he'll even tell you his personal favorites. The spot is a little on the small side but sports a few tables in theback, a bar in the front with a couple chairs across the room, and tables out front. At this point, I've pretty much eaten myway through their whole menu and you can't go wrong with anything. This time, we ordered the Mac n Cheese, collard greens, meatybeans (emphasis on MEATY), coleslaw, and ribs. Personally, I like my ribs drowned but that doesn't matter much when you havefall off the bone ribs made prefectly. Sadly the photos don't do this place justice.???? The staff vibe is laid back and cool.Think beard, tattoos, and vans. One even opened the door for me (when he was on break) and the guy behind the bar nodded metowards my order to let me know it was ready as soon as I walked in the door. That speaks volumes about their customer serviceconsidering he was busy at the bar and didn't take my order. If you still don't know if this place is for you, checkout their IGor Facebook and get a real feel of the owner or better yet just go. A chill spot with friendly staffs and very good bbq. Go early because their bbq sellout quick.
