If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and felt so welcomed. The... staff was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Our water glasses never went empty. The food was perfectly cooked andseasoned, from the steak to the mashed potatoes. Manny was our server and he was amazing, he was extremely kind and really madeour night. We had come to celebrate our anniversary so the attention to detail including a handwritten note congratulating us onour milestone meant a lot to us. Thank you for the amazing service tonight! The Capital Grill in Baltimore was so worth every penny. The dim lighting really sets the mood. The cold shellfish platter... (appetizer) was amazing and enough to share with a group. As an entree I ordered the lamb rib chops which were cooked toperfection. I paired that with a side of mashed potatoes which were equally as good. We started off with the lobster bisque which was amazing. We then had the lobster and crab cakes as an appetizer which was the... best tasting I have ever had. And my main course was the steak with salad some butter over the top. The steak was one of thebest tasting I have ever had. He then brought us a dessert I believe it was a little piece of cheesecake and a chocolate cakewhich was excellent and I topped it off with a cappuccino. I’ve always been very skeptical about visiting this location but I am very glad that I didn’t let my skepticism stop me. I... thoroughly enjoyed myself and my time at this restaurant. The ribeye steak was absolutely delicious and the cocktails were justthe same. The bread that they serve was so good, I had to ask for more to take home. Went here for dinner with friends. Both friends enjoyed their lamp chops and ribeye. It should be noted that one is a chef and... had no complaints about texture or flavor. I had the sea bass which was a generous portion of buttery goodness with delicate andnot overcooked flakes. Our parmesan truffle fries and sauteed spinach were also delicious. My experience at Capital Grille was excellent. The atmosphere is clean and elegant. It was easy to make a reservation online..... Our waiter was professional, personable, and did not miss a beat. The service was amazing. My server Laura was welcoming and attentive, and she ensured my dining experience at Capital Grille is... as best as possible. I loved how they would sprinkle little confetti for a decoration to celebrate my bday along with ahandwritten card, too. Food was phenomenal as well. Their seafood is always super fresh, and the balsamic steak, their one ofchef's suggestions, is always ???? and baked to your liking with perfection. I was also treated with surprise bday desserts. Attended a work dinner meeting at this location. Never been there before so I was excited to try. We already had a menu curated... for us so didn't really order from the main menu. We had the pan-fried calamari with hot peppers, salad, for my entrée we, wehad the option of salmon and filet Mignon and I went with the filet Mignon cooked medium. The steak was cooked to perfection andit was so good. Had it with mashed potato and some creamy spinach. For dessert, we had the flourless chocolate cake which wasnot as sweet I wanted. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely go back. Update: went back but this time for worklunch and I loved it. I did the plate 23 with Cesar salad, salmon and lobster Mac and cheese and it was ready good. Had the Konaexpress o martini and the caramel crème brûlée for dessert. Read more
