DO NOT GO TO THE RESTAURANT! BEWARE!!! I visited this establishment last Thursday evening with one of my close friends. We sat... outside. The outside waiter( he also says he was a multitasking manager) Lawrence, was moving from table to table taking orderswalked past our table SEVERAL times but took almost 20 minutes to get his attention and to get us a menu! He sat at each tableWITH NO MASK, taking orders. Talking over peoples food and drinks when bringing them from inside the restaurant. A coupleleaving asked for boxes and Lawrence was about to PICK THIS LADIES FOOD UP WITH HIS BARE HAND to put into her to-go box beforeshe stopped him! Every time we saw him we had to call his name multiple times for him to come over! The food came out reallysubpar the wontons were burnt, the “crispy” wings were completely slimy, The lamb chops lacked flavor and was sent back. Thebest thing was the ribs and even they were mediocre. Upon leaving we asked for our bill, a box for extra food and the dessertmenu, We had to ask 4 times. We got the bill and had to ask another time for just the box at this point. Gratuity on our $90bill was $14 and due to the circumstances we did not leave an additional tip. I saw the charge pending on my card in a dailyemail from my bank. The next daily email had a completely different amount! LAWRENCE ADDED AN ADDITION $20 TIP ON MY CARD! WhatI can’t understand is that with this horrible experience we had with him and the food he thought his service was worth $34?HOW? I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and spoke to someone named Richard. Explained what happened, gave him myinformation, he said he would investigate/ look into the situation and call me back. Haven’t heard back from Richard! This isso sad. First time visiting it was for a mixology class. Loved it! (It was tequila). It was very hands on and fun. Stayed to listen to... the live music. Ordered loaded nachos with Buffalo chicken. I enjoyed myself from beginning to end. Definitely will return soon.Great customer service as well. Read more
The fish tacos were terribly overcooked. It was so dry, and the cold mission flour tortilla (same ones I get from the grocery... store) was stale. This wasn’t even fish anymore because it was so dehydrated. I asked for more of the pineapple salsa to makeit palatable. Still wasn’t great. Husbands pizza was undercooked, and pooled with grease. For brick fire style pizzas, thiswas sad. Prices are terrible for the quality of food you get. The waitress was kind and responsive, but someone needs to get thekitchen in order.
