UPDATE: I contacted Subway Corporate and received an email from them regarding Subway policies and the promise that this... location was contacted about the incident. I may visit them again in the near future to determine whether there has been achange. My service animal and I were just discriminated against by Krishna, the manager, who continued to say yes he knew myanimal was a service dog yet AFTER serving me my food, told me I couldn't stay there to eat and needed to leave. Other customerstold him he was violating the law. He kept saying he knew that. He was slow to refund my ???? but ultimately voided my order. Itold him I will likely sue him for violating ADA law. He shrugged his shoulders and said to go ahead. Anyone on here who is alawyer or know of someone, let's go. He needs to be disciplined. He claimed customers were afraid. A good Subway. Pretty quiet and fairly clean. It's always been empty when I went there so I've never been stuck in long lines.... Service is quick too; I have never had a problem with the staff. Parking can be a major issue, but you can always parktemporarily in the Safeway parking lot nearby and walk on over. Read more
