My sub was so fresh and I really enjoyed it
My food NEVER got delivered, but they refused to help me out in ANY way. They kept saying this is out of their control and I... should contact elsewhere. Like, who am I supposed to contact? I understand this was not entirely their fault, but their customerservice was beyond repulsive. They kept talking over me while I tried to explain my case, and kept hanging up on me. Bro, if yougot charged for food that never arrived, you'd be upset too. At the very least, be nice about it. Read more

Order rotisserie chicken sandwich from John's Hopkins Subway and long black hair was in my food and the guy refused to give me... my money back. BBB got it back for me. Corporate office was great but not the store. Read more
Pretty solid Subway here. Clean, friendly, tasty. I love people watching from the table in front by the window. They don't have,... or didn't when I was there, any unsweet tea. That's a bummer for me. That's the only reason for the 4 star. Read more
Unlike most subways in the area this one has managed to keep the homeless from ruining it. Otherwise it?s the same as you?d... expect from Subway anywhere else but just not having to deal with people looting the sodas/napkins/etc and asking for moneywhile you eat is a huge plus. Read more
I would unfortunately have to say that i would not recommend this location. I stopped by this morning with the intentions of... getting some of those great tasting warm cookies I always do from subway. Immediately upon entrance, i noticed there were fliesin abundance. I proceeded to the counter to purchase some cookies when i noticed a gnat crawling on one of the cookies. Whilegetting the attention of the employee the gnat began flying around inside onto other shelves. I advised the employee that iwould like for there to be new cookies made due to the fact that the bug was on the existing cookies. The employee refused, andwas even backed and supported by a fellow employee in the idea that the cookies should be served. I just feel for the people whodont know that they may be eating gnat larva smh. Read more
The communication with the salesperson was unfortunate and demonstrated the need for customer service training. Telling... customers he was the only person there, when there is no one in the restaurant- to validated his nasty attitude is an indicationhe believes he has the right to act in any unprofessional manner. Hope management take the appropriate action. We will nevervisit the North Charles St location again. Read more
