Reviews for Subway in Baltimore, MD
Dude is Tripping over substituting the ham for roast beef. Been to this location numerous times and it?s never been a problem.
Very bad experience, anyone traveling with kids and family make sure you all stick with one place to buy food, because my son... wanted food from five guys and my husband and I wanted subway so we bought food from five guys and went in to subway to orderand eat. (Plus 10 other family members)The service lady demanded that my son shouldn't eat in there because the food from fiveguys?. UNBELIEVABLE very bad mentality ???? Read more
He purposely gave me the hardest footlong Artisan bread because I was in a hurry. I believed my order would be ready because I... used the app for express checkout Read more
For the last THREE orders, they have messed up MAJOR ingredients and turned my order into a completely different sandwich. These... were each different sandwiches, too. They got my Supreme Meats order entirely wrong (NONE of the meats that were supposed to beon there were on there, literally). I usually order from here when I am at work and typically look forward to a good sandwich. They used to be good and accurate, but I'm done ordering from this location. They show no care and have no communication. Theyjust care about putting a fake order out for delivery, just for the money. Truly disappointed. Read more
The place clearly says ?Open 24 Hours? on Google and on the store in big bright red letters. I walked in at 5:54am and was told... the store was closed. Doors open and everything. I feel as though the reason is deeper than just a bold lie being told, but Iwon?t go to that extreme. Read more
I'll open with the positive. The same young lady served me tonight as the last night. This time, she actually properly wrapped... my wrap so that it didn't fall apart. Also, my web order as actually ready when I came in. The bad(hopefully management ispaying attention)... I entered and was the only customer at the counter. At no point, between entering and standing at thecounter, was I greeted. I stood patiently at the counter and watched while the same young lady stocked food items in the prepstation. At no point did she verbally or non-verbally greet, or acknowledge, me. When she was finally ready, she approached meand I initiated that I was there to pic up my order. She put the only bag on the counter in front of me. I confirmed that it wasmy order and waited for her to say something, anything. I asked her had she forgotten some sort of greeting or "thank you foryour business-some type of customer service training?" This lack of social skill and basic customer service is really unpleasantand, to me, unacceptable. That said, I understand the young lady may have linguistic issues and social anxiety, but hey; that'swhy they pay us- to come deal with stuff we really don't want to and call it work. I realize everyone isn't paid what they'reworth, but if you don't/can't perform some of the basic job duties and achieve a decent customer experience, then that's veryprobably not the job you should have. The location on 31 S. Calvert St. had people sleeping all over the place, resting their heads and half their body on the... tables. The counter person gave me a had way to go bc i was .25cents short. After i finished with that ridiculousness????, iwas sitting, eating and looked at the 5 ppl resting-sleep???? on the tables! I was like damn, but he seems cool with themsleeping on the tables tho. ???????? Hard to tell if they were all homeless????, that's not even the point. The fact that theywere ALL resting politely on the tables we have to eat on was unsanitary and seemed allowed. Read more
