They need an exterminator ASAP. It?s not about the roach on the counter, it?s the actions that follows to rectify the... situation; I definitely brought it to the young lady?s attention that was behind the counter, However, she acted like businessas usual and didn?t seem to be too bothered by it. If their attitude are like this about pest, it just makes me wonder whatother areas of their business they are not giving the attention that is needed. Read more
Inconsistent customer service. The male staff is very friendly, however I can't say the same for the females. I said Hi and the... associate looked at me like I said something wrong. I spoke again and she said nothing. There are at least 10 other places tochose from in the direct vicinity to choose from. The options are certainly cheaper while offering courteous service.
